Face Ice Pack includes 4 hot cold gel packs and a compress wrap Perfect to relieve pain and swelling on both sides of your head or jaw. Hot Therapy Instruction Microwave: Heat for 20 seconds at 1000 wattage or 30 seconds at 700 wattage.
Times may vary based on the power of your microwave. After removing from the microwave, knead and flex the gel-pack to distribute the heat. Boiling: Immerse the pack in boiling water for 4-6 minutes. Use tongs to remove the pack from the water. For additional treatment, users can place a damp towel around the heated pack for moist heat therapy.
Hot therapy is suitable for swelling, sprains, strains and stiffness, mild arthritis, muscle pain and spasms, etc. Note Detailed instructions are printed on the backing of each gel pack, please read before use. NEVER overheat the gel pack.
Cold Therapy Instruction Put the gel pack in a freezer for 1.5-2 hours and wait for 1-2mins before inserting in the wrap.
